Henry Lue
Henry Lue is a partner of Dimock Stratton LLP. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994 and is a Registered Trade-mark and Patent Agent. Henry's practice includes trade-mark and patent prosecution work and intellectual property litigation.
Henry has been counsel on patent, trade-mark, copyright and/or trade secret litigation in the Federal Court of Canada and the Ontario Superior Court.
He has written a number of articles in the intellectual property area. He is also a member of a number of professional organizations, including the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, the Advocates' Society, the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the International Trademark Association. He is currently or has been a member of several committees of these organizations including the IPIC Litigation Committee, the IPIC Trade-mark Practices Committee, the INTA Trade Dress Committee, and the Planning Committee for the 2006 INTA Leadership meeting.
After graduating from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science (with Distinction, Physiology) in 1987, Henry obtained his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 1992.
