Alan Macek

Alan Macek joined Dimock Stratton LLP in 2004 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006. His practice includes intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution with an emphasis on electrical and computer-related technology. He is also a registered trade-mark agent.

Alan is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, and the Toronto Intellectual Property Group.

Alan received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 2005. He received his B.A.Sc. from the University of British Columbia in Engineering Physics (Computer Science Option, Math Honours) with Distinction in 2002 on a full scholarship. Alan worked at several computer and communication engineering firms in the Vancouver area before entering law school.
