Michal Niemkiewicz

Michal Niemkiewicz joined Dimock Stratton LLP in 2007 and is an associate lawyer with the firm. Michal’s practice focuses on patent law matters and matters relating to pharmaceuticals, including litigation under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations and patent opinion work.

Michal was admitted to practice in Ontario in 2003. He earned his J.D. degree at the University of Toronto in 2002 after obtaining an M.Sc. degree in biochemistry at McMaster University and a B.Sc. degree in biochemistry at the University of Guelph. Michal is a member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
