Sangeetha Punniyamoorthy

Sangeetha Punniyamoorthy joined Dimock Stratton LLP in 2003. As an associate lawyer with the firm, her practice includes intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution with an emphasis in the biotechnological and pharmaceutical fields. She is also a Registered Trade-mark agent.

Sangeetha is a member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, Canadian Bar Association, the Toronto Intellectual Property Group, the Toronto Biotechnology Initiative, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Sangeetha has also contributed several articles on Intellectual Property issues to various publications and continuing legal education seminars.

Sangeetha obtained her L.L.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2003, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004. She has a background in molecular biology and physiology, and graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in 2000.
