Elysia Karabegovic is the law clerk at DIMOCK. Elysia manages Ron Dimock’s business of doing arbitration, mediation and providing expert evidence on Canadian intellectual property law and practice. Elysia has worked with Ron continuously since 2012.

Elysia  is responsible for all DIMOCK office management duties including settling retainers, scheduling meetings, organizing travel and accommodations, handling document production and filing, planning firm events and caring for billing and collections.

With wide and varied experience working in intellectual property practice, Elysia has extensive knowledge of the Federal Courts Rules and Ontario Rules of Civil Procedures. Notably, she has worked with lawyers on more than 15 intellectual property trials and hearings in the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, respectively. 

As the Moot Administrator for the Harold G. Fox Moot, Elysia values the process of student development and recruitment.
